The Tap Dancing Christmas Trees, under the direction of Pamm Drake, from DANCE/10 Performing Arts Center in Alameda.   Over the past 15 years, The Trees have performed at the Tree Lighting Ceremonies for Oakland, Hayward, Emeryville and Alameda as well numerous parties, parades, and shows.

They have made special appearances with Kirsti Yamaguchi on Channel 2, Mayor Jerry Brown and Santa Clause. 

Parade credits include the Oakland Holiday Parade, The Niles Parade, The Napa Valley Parade, the Lighted Boat Parade and the Macy *s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2001, 2004, 2007  in New York City. In November 2006, members of the Tap Dancing Christmas Trees performed for the opening of Warner Brothers’ new animated film Happy Feet.

In 2004 & 2007 The Tap Dancing Christmas Trees were telecast on NBC and introduced by Katie Curic of the Today show.   

They always add a little kick to the holiday season.
